What Taskade is — in our words
Taskade approaches operations from the workspace side: your projects, docs and client boards live in the same place as the agents and automations that work on them. A solo founder typically starts by letting automations move the paperwork — a submitted form creates a project task, assigns it, drafts the kickoff email and posts a reminder — then graduates to AI agents trained on their own files, processes and past projects. Those agents can triage an inbox into tasks, draft replies and proposals in the founder's style, research a prospect before a call, or keep a content pipeline moving from idea to drafted post. Multi-agent teams split a job — one agent researches, another writes, a third formats and files — and automations can call those teams on a schedule or a trigger across 100-plus integrations including Gmail, Slack, Sheets, HubSpot and Stripe. The Genesis app builder is the unusual extra: from one prompt it generates a small live app — a client portal, a booking page, a simple CRM — hosted for you and wired into the same agents and automations. Pricing is the friendliest shape in this category for a beginner: flat plans priced by workspace, with automation runs counted whole — one run takes a trigger through every step — rather than per step, so a long workflow does not multiply the bill. AI work draws on a separate monthly credit pool, which is the number to watch if your agents chat and draft all day.
What it does end-to-end
- Automations counted per whole run, with AI steps and agent teams inside
- Trainable AI agents and multi-agent teams working from your files and projects
- 100+ integrations plus MCP connections to external AI tools
- Genesis: prompt-built live apps (portals, trackers, booking pages) in the same workspace
What it does NOT do
- Integration depth per app is shallower than Zapier or Make
- Not a specialist automation engine for very high-volume or developer-grade flows
- AI credits and automation runs are separate meters — heavy agent chat can exhaust credits before runs
Pricing — checked 2026-11-04

Pros — our take
- Flat pricing with per-run counting — no per-step bill shock
- Projects, agents and automations share one workspace and one memory
- Generous user allowances: Pro covers 10 people for $10/month
Cons — our take
- Automation engine is younger and shallower than Zapier/Make for edge cases
- Two meters (runs + AI credits) to keep an eye on
- Genesis apps are lightweight — not a replacement for a real product build
